Terms of Use that keep the trail clear.

These Terms of Use apply to the OffGrid Ledger Co. website, storefront, and digital products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information that is accurate enough for checkout, delivery, and support.

You are responsible for having a compatible device, PDF reader, and a way to download or print a file. We may update, pause, or remove a page or product as the storefront changes, but an update does not change the license for a purchase you have already received.

Our printable tools are digital products. After payment is successfully completed, the purchased PDF is delivered through the checkout or download flow shown on the site. Delivery can depend on your email, browser, device, and network, so save a copy somewhere you control after it arrives.

Each purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, save, print, and use the purchased file for your own personal planning and reference. You may print working copies for that personal use.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, publicly post, distribute, repackage, or use the file to create a competing product. Please contact us at offgrid-ledger-co@polsia.app if you need a business, team, or other license.

Prices, available products, and any applicable taxes or delivery information are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, and your order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed.

Printable PDF products are one-time purchases: one charge for the selected file or bundle, with no automatic renewal. A separate recurring offer, if one is available, will be identified as recurring before you complete that checkout and will not be treated as a one-time PDF purchase.

We may correct an obvious pricing, description, or availability error. If an order is affected, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law and may offer the choice to cancel or receive the corrected product where appropriate.

Because a digital file is delivered immediately after payment, a change-of-mind refund may be limited after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This is a plain-language store policy, not a waiver of any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

If you receive a duplicate charge, failed delivery, corrupt file, or a file that is materially inaccessible, report it to offgrid-ledger-co@polsia.app with the order email and a short description of the problem. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, re-delivery, access fix, or refund under this policy and applicable law.

You agree not to use the site or products to:

• break the law, infringe someone's rights, or misrepresent your identity;
• interfere with the storefront, probe its security, or bypass access controls;
• scrape, copy, or redistribute the site's content or purchased files at scale;
• upload malicious code or use the site for fraud, harassment, or abuse; or
• share or resell a purchased PDF in a way that violates its personal-use license.

We may suspend access or decline an order when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our customers, or our rights.

The site and its printable tools are for general planning, organization, and educational use. They are not legal, real-estate, financial, tax, medical, engineering, emergency-management, or other professional advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional or local authority.

Conditions change by property, region, season, and situation. Verify important information independently and use your own judgment, especially where health, safety, land rights, money, or legal obligations are involved.

We may revise these Terms when the site, products, or business changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are intended to be governed by the law of the jurisdiction where OffGrid Ledger Co. is registered, with disputes handled in the courts located there. The registered jurisdiction has not been confirmed in the current storefront, so the operator must replace this sentence with the actual state or country before publishing.

If a provision of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
